Easter Egg Hunt in the Cul-de-sac

This year our Annual Easter Egg Hunt with our neighbors in our cul-de-sac was rained out! But, not to worry, that morning I called our dear neighbors who moved to Virginia to ask if we could use their empty home for an inside Easter Egg hunt. So, off came the shoes and the kids ran through their house and collected as many eggs as their baskets would hold. The rain had stopped long enough for the kids to run around outside and ride their bikes too! We had a great time visiting with our neighbors that morning. We also enjoyed a pot-luck breakfast and coffee with everyone in our neighbors' empty garage. We dearly miss the Rogers family and were very thankful they opened up their home to us for our Easter Egg Hunt!

What a great neighborhood! You guys are so lucky, my best friends growing up (and now) were the kids I played with in our neighborhood!
